1. We Do Not Host Content
MoonStreamHD does not upload, store, or host any video files on its own servers. The Site indexes and links to content that is hosted by independent third-party providers elsewhere on the internet. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content hosted on those third-party services.
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that material linked from this Site infringes your copyright, please send us a notice containing the following information:
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The exact URL(s) on MoonStreamHD where the allegedly infringing link appears
• Your contact information, including name and email address
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature
3. How to Reach Us
Send DMCA notices to Show email address with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request," or use our Contact page.
4. Our Response
Upon receiving a valid and complete notice, we will review the claim and remove or disable access to the reported link as promptly as reasonably possible.
5. Counter-Notices
If you believe a link was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address, including an explanation of why you believe the material does not infringe copyright, along with your contact information.
6. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to take appropriate action against any user account associated with repeated, verified copyright complaints.
